With a growing team of experienced Paediatric clinicians. We have General Paediatric Specialists, Paediatric Emergency Specialists and Paediatric Emergency trained Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
You can book an appointment with or without a referral. For NP appointments, medicare rebates are the same with or without a referral. For specialist Paediatric appointments you will get a more significant rebate with a referral from your GP or other primary care doctor (eg Nurse Practitioner, Midwife or Emergency Department discharge letter).
We know it is not always possible to get a referral. If you have any questions, please phone the caring staff at clinic to learn about your options.

Multiple follow up options are available, including face-to-face, telehealth and telephone. Consults vary in time depending on what is required. Repeat prescription for existing patient

Cancellations
Urgent Care Consult
We know things can change, so please phone us as soon as you can.
The full fee is payable for Urgent Care Consults cancelled at short notice or not attended.
Standard Consult
Cancellations within 2 business days incur a $200 fee.
The full fee is payable for cancellations on the day of the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
For Urgent Care Consults, we understand that your child’s condition might change, requiring a visit to an Emergency Department, or they may get better quicker than expected. Please provide as much notice as possible for any cancellations.
We are committed to rapid access appointments. If you book an appointment and don’t attend, our team could be spending this time with another child in need. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
