Lea Schloss

PRACTICE MANAGER

Lea joined Snap Paediatrics in January 2024. She is an integral part of the team. She leads our admin staff as Practice Manager, has supported our relocation to new rooms at Bokarina, continues to support the growth and development of the business and is a regular friendly face and voice of Snap.

Lea has worked in the medical field since graduating high school, starting in general practice in Airlie Beach. She has extensive experience working with children and families including her previous role where she supported, developed and managed a thriving paediatric specialist practice from startup to bustling success.

Outside of work Lea is a mother of twins and a teenage son. She loves to spend time exploring the Sunshine Coast with her family or will be in the ocean, training and competing in outrigger canoe competitions.

Kerry Thorpe

Kerry joined our team in 2025. Kerry comes with a wealth of administrative and medical knowledge after working with Queensland Health for 30+ years.

In Kerry's spare time she is often running around after her grandson or enjoying pilates.

Emi Marshallsea-Thomson

Emi is a Sunshine Coast local who joined our team in 2025 after completing her Year 12 Certificate. She has two years experience working casually in front-of-house roles within the hospitality industry. Outside of work, Emi enjoys spending time at the beach and creating timber furniture pieces.
